2. Defect(s) pointed out by the Office is ignored.

3. The present application has been filed for directing the respondents for the payment of the retirement dues i.e. arrears of gratuity, earned leave, G.I.C., difference of salary, etc. and for any other relief(s) for which the petitioner is found entitled to in accordance with law.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this matter can be disposed of with a direction to decide the representation which he proposes to file for grant of pensionary benefits for which the petitioner has filed this writ application.

5. In view of the above, let the petitioner file a

Patna High Court CWJC No.13843 of 2022(3) dt.21-08-2025 2/2 detailed representation before the Vice Chancellor, L.N. Mithila University, Darbhanga/ respondent no.1 and he will decide the same within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of such representation.

6. It is made clear that in the course of deciding the representation of the petitioner, if it found that the petitioner is entitled for admitted dues, the same shall be paid in his favour.

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application stands disposed of.
