JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2016 By the impugned order dated 25.2.2014 (Annexure-4) passed in Mutation Case No. 2550 of 2013-14 by the respondent Circle Officer, Bidupur, the prayer for mutation made on behalf of the private respondents with respect to the lands in question has been allowed.

Indisputably, the impugned order passed by the respondent Circle Officer, is appealable under the provisions of The Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 (In short 'Act, 2011'). In above view of the matter, the present writ petition is dismissed.

However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the prescribed appellate authority under the provisions of the Act, 2011 for grant of appropriate relief(s) to him with respect to the lands in question.
