2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gopalpur P. S. Case No. 281/2024 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, total 251 liters of illicit country made liquor was recovered from the bush.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. No incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 05.05.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner orally submits that charge has already been framed on 22.07.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed.
7. Learned court below is directed to verify the contention made on behalf of the petitioner regarding framing of charge on 22.07.2025 and if the same is found to be true, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. District & Sessions Judge-IV cum Exclusive Spl. Excise Court-II, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalpur P. S. Case No. 281 of 2024. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
