The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with S.Tr. No.100 of 2021 arising out of Chhabilapur P.S. Case No.43 of 2020 instituted under Section 395, 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, the petitioner had moved this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.65938 of 2021 was taken up and rejected on merit on 09.05.2022.

However, without waiting for the cooling off period, under ill-advice, the petitioner once again chose to prefer the present bail application on 05.09.2022. Nothing fresh has come up to reconsider the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52852 of 2022(2) dt.18-10-2022 2/2 earlier order passed in the bail application. The same is accordingly rejected.
