Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 468 of 2018 (Special Case No. 7948 of 2018) registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. She has no concern with liquor in question. Nothing has been recovered from her conscious possession. Petitioner happens to be a lady. She has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 29.08.2018.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61159 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 468 of 2018 (Special Case No. 7948 of 2018).
