2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tariyani Chapra P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have shot and killed the deceased. During investigation, the name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of co-accused, namely, Abhishek Kumar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 21.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63450 of 2025(3) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, and the fact that it appears to be a case of murder by the hired criminals, the petitioner is one of them, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
