2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Matiyariya P.S. Case No. 12 of 2026, registered under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 477(A), 351(2) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that co-accused Vijay Kumar Chauhan, fraudulently prepared forged settlement and Jamabandi records to usurp the informant's ancestral land and thereafter sold the land to third parties. It is further alleged that the co-accused Vijay Kumar Chauhan had threatened the informant with dire consequences.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence and his name has transpired in this case as he has purchased land from co-accused Vijay Kumar Chauhan. It is further submitted that the nature of the facts described in the FIR shows that this is purely a civil dispute. The petitioner has got two criminal antecedents. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that coaccused Vijay Kumar Chauhan has been granted rgular bail by this Court vide order dated 13.07.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45001 of 2026.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Matiyariya P.S. Case No. 12 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under
