ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 25-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 519 of 1998/Tr. No. 1523 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 406 and 417 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Abhisek Kunal, Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.

Considering that the Petitioner did not surrender before the Court even though case is of the year 1998 and cognizance was taken way back in the year 1999 and the court below had directed him to surrender within fifteen days, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
