Petitioners are languishing in custody for offences punishable under Sections 47(a)(e)(g)/54 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Petitioners are sons of co-accused Pradeep Sah, who is also an accused in this case. Some products of Bhang were recovered from the house of Pradeep Sah on 15.09.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
