Petitioner seeks bail in S. Tr. No.95 of 2018/ 381 of 2018 arising out of Civil Line P.S. Case No.33 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402 Indian Penal Code, Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Prayer of the petitioner was for bail was earlier rejected by this Court by order dated 29.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc.No.28533 of 2018 with liberty to renew the prayer after framing of Charge.

It is alleged that one pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 29.1.2018. Charge has

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, II, Gaya, in connection with S. Tr. No.95 of 2018/ 381 of 2018 arising out of Civil Line P.S. Case No.33 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
