JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,467,468,419 and 465 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner no. 1 being father of the informant transferred certain lands in favour of petitioner nos. 2 and 3 being uncle and nephew of the informant to which the petitioner nos. 4 and 5 are witnesses.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner no. 1 bonafidely transferred the land and title suit is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25045 of 2015 (2) dt.30-06-2015 2/2 pending with regard to the said transfer.

Considering the nature of accusation and relationship with the petitioner no. 1 to 3 and the informant, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 448 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Anil/- U T
