The family suffers because the service book of the petitioner has been lost and has not been reconstructed in the last six years. It is not only a case of violation of the right of the legal heirs including the petitioner but also violation of their human right. This Court will not allow the authorities to drag on the matter any further. The Court grants a period of three months from today to ensure reconstruction of the service book of the petitioner, authorization of pension etc. to the legal heirs
Patna High Court CWJC No.17283 of 2014 dt.20-08-2016 2 / 2 specially the petitioner within a period of three months or else the Court will take serious view of the matter and haul-up all those persons responsible in this regard.
