This M.J.C. application has been filed for transfer of Divorce Case No. 100 of 2022 pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Jehanabad to the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna where the petitioner is residing with her father from the date she has been ousted from her matrimonial house by the opposite parties.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in Divorce Case No. 100 of 2022, issue has already been framed and case is pending only for evidence.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this M.J.C. application is disposed of with a direction to

Patna High Court MJC No.1758 of 2022(3) dt.20-01-2025 2/2 the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jehanabad to dispose of the Divorce Case No. 100 of 2022 within a period of six months.

5. Opposite party no. 2 is directed to pay Rs. 2000/- per date when the petitioner will visit the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Jehanabad.
