Petitioner is accused in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 150 of 2016 registered under Sections 498A, 304B, 120B/34 of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The complaint petition has been lodged after eight months delay of the occurrence, but there is no explanation in this regard. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2016.
