2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the dacoits committed a dacoity and looted Rs. 2 Lakh 45 thousand and some parcels.

4. The petitioner is named in the self-inculpatory statement of co-accused. The petitioner has antecedent of 23 cases including the cases of serious nature and of dacoity, loot etc., and the petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2024.

5. All the criminal cases are of the town of Patna. To save the town of Patna, the petitioner should remain in custody.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
