JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2017 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 26.8.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No.26462 of 2016, whereby the petitioner was granted two months time for depositing Rs.40,000/-.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the amount in question has already been deposited with a delay of 8 days.

Since the petitioner has already complied with the said order and has deposited the amount in question, in the interest of justice the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 26.8.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No.26462 of 2016 is hereby confirmed in connection with Darauli P.S. case No.107 of 2011 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan. Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of.
