The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation against the petitioner that he snatched silver chain from the possession of wife of informant.

It is submitted that there is counter version bearing complaint case No. 1069/ 2014. The petitioner and informant are agnates and there is old land dispute and there is no allegation of assault against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25454 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Singheshwar P.S.
