Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement of the co-accused as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 22.06.2016. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Magistrate, Railway court, Gaya in connection with Sasaram G.R.P.Case No. 36 of 2016.
