JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused Krishna Mohan Kumar, who was caught on the spot. Co-accused Krishna Mohan Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.02.2014 passed in Cr.Misc. No.1936 of 2014. No doubt, petitioner could be remanded in this case on 21.03.2016 but the case of the petitioner is on better footing to that of the co-accused Krishna Mohan Kumar.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
