2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2023 and there is recovery of 80 litres of illicit liquor from possession his possession.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

5. Considering the period of custody and recovery of illicit liquor from his possession, this application for regular bail is allowed.
