This application, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is directed against the order dated 13.06.2013 passed in Criminal Revision No.147 of 2013 whereunder the Sessions Judge, Munger, dismissed the aforesaid Criminal Revision of the second party including the petitioners, affirming the order dated 02.05.2013 passed in Case No.863M of 2013 in a proceeding under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Lakhisarai, whereby he has ordered to execute the adinterim bond under Section 116(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40398 of 2013 dt.15-03-2016 2/2 by the members of the second party including the petitioners to maintain the peace.

3. From perusal of the impugned orders, I find no illegality therein calling for interference with the same in an extraordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of this Court. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
