This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 302, 201, 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is married nanad of the victim, Chandrakala Devi. The victim was married in the year 2009 with Anand Kumar Singh @ Anandi Singh. Matrimonial dispute was going on between the parties for torture meted out to the victim. Allegation is that the in-laws committed murder of the victim. The learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances and specially that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 99 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, or successor Court.
