Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conferencing.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 448 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under section 366 (A) of the Indian Penal Code and section 12 of the POCSO Act.
At the very outset, it has been submitted that the dispute has amicably been settled between both the parties and the xerox copy of compromise petition has been annexed as
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9076 of 2021(3) dt.17-02-2022 2/2 Annexure-2.
Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge POCSO Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 448 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
