The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 419, 420 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant/informant alleged that he had contacted Bijendra Yadav for selling the land of R. S. Khata No. 656, Khesra No. 427 but sale deed was not executed. The informant alleged that he did not receive any consideration amount and in his place somebody else impersonated him and executed sale deed.

It is submitted that Bijendra Yadav, Gautam Kumar and Munna Kumar have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 8754 of 2015 and 10487 of 2015 and the petitioner is deed writer.

No.25423 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 782 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
