2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 353/504/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 37C Bihar Prohibition Act .

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner's name has come in this case during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused who was apprehended on the spot. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent of similar nature.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II cum Exclusive Special Judge, Excise, Saran at Chapra in Amnour Police Station Case No. 346/2020, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
