The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. According to the prosecution case petitioners are named in the first information report and there is allegation of causing dowry death of the deceased and destroying the dead body. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner no.1 is father-in-law and petitioner no.2 is mother-in- law of the deceased. It is further submitted that the petitioners are separate in mess and property with the husband of the deceased. It is further submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioners are named in the first information report.
Considering the aforesaid facts the above named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25468 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt /production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Kasma P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
