It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties by referring to the show-cause filed in the present case that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 11.10.2022 passed in CWJC No.6349 of 2020, the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah has already disposed off the application, filed by the petitioner, for grant of arms license

Patna High Court MJC No.2188 of 2023(3) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 by rejecting the same, vide order dated 21.07.2023.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 21.07.2023. Liberty so sought is granted.

4. The present petition stands disposed off.
