1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 377, 511, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR and also taking into consideration, the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as the informant alleges that why he along with the petitioner were in custody when petitioner called him in the night and acted inappropriately and
