Three persons were apprehended from a house wherefrom 35 litres of Mahua wine was recovered. Furthermore, as per para-3 of the instant petition, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner, Lakhendra Manjhi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-5th, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Harnaut PS case No.171/2016.
