Petitioner seeks bail in Amas P.S. Case No.186 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) (d) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that from the seizure list it is apparent that illicit liquor has been recovered near pond of Alakhdeo Singh. The petitioner was alleged to be running away from the place of occurrence.
Petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2018.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63438 of 2018 (2) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Gaya, in connection with Amas P.S. Case No.186 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
