The petitioner seeks bail in Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 100/2015, instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 120/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged in the written report that dead body of son of informant was recovered from near Karmawa Dewan Chowk. Informant raised suspicion against this petitioner and other accused persons in committing aforesaid act.

Learned A.D.J., West Champaran, Bettiah has referred various paragraphs of case diary in the impugned order, from which it appears that mere suspicion has been raised against this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64277 of 2018 (2) dt.26-10-2018 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiha in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 100/2015, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J.) Rakhi U T
