The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mehandia P.S. Case No.26 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 323, 341, 325, 308 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of injury sustained by the informant side, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,
