Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Case No. C2/361/18 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 05.07.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61074 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Case No. C2/361/18.
