2. The present writ petition has been filed for payment of the benefit of ACP and time bound promotion to the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of the grievances, the petitioner had filed representations in the year 2013 and 2018 vide Annexures 2, 3 and 4, but no decision has been taken on the representations of the petitioner till date.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that a direction may be issued to the petitioner to file a fresh representation for the redressal of his grievances.

5. In the aforesaid background, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation raising all his claims before respondent No.3, namely, the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna, along with a copy of this order, within 30 days from today. Upon receipt of the representation, the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna shall take a decision on the said representation within 90 days from the date of its filing, with a reasoned and speaking order.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
