JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 01-09-2023 The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, though his anticipatory bail petition was earlier rejected by this Court, vide order dated 1.12. 2021 in Cr.Misc. No. 6096 of 2021, but he is renewing his prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that the members of the defence side have also suffered grievous injuries and the members of the prosecution side have been granted anticipatory bail in the counter case.

2. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail, which shall be disposed of by the court below on the day of its filing.
