JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 20-09-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Motihari Mahila P.S. Case No. 29 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 354(b), 323, 341 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7/8 of POCSO Act. As per allegation, the accused persons badly assaulted the members of the informant's side.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there were three cases between the parties and all the three cases have been compromised. In this respect, a supplementary affidavit has been filed.

No.63175 of 2021(3) dt.20-09-2022 2/2 Considering the fact that cordial relation has been restored, let the petitioner, above-named in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 7th A.D.J. Cum Special Judge POCSO Act East Champaran Motihari in connection with Motihari Mahila P.S. Case No. 29 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) HR/- U T
