Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 214 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics at the instance of his enemies. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner is only alleged to be a member of the mob. The specific allegation is alleged against co-accused Roshan Kumar. Petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61250 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Gogri P.S.
