The petitioners seek bail in Maner P.S. Case No.430 of 2018, giving rise to Special Case No.7885 of 2018, registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 30 liters of Indian made foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of both the petitioners for that the petitioners are in jail since 27.08.2018.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioners, above named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.430 of 2018, giving rise to Special Case No.7885 of 2018.
