Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under sections 47 and 54 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act.

One bottle containing 180 ml Indian made foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from the dicky of motorcycle of the petitioners for which petitioners are in jail custody since 29.8.2016. Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in Pusa P.S. Case no. 90/2016.
