JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-01-2016 In view of controversy raised with regard to the authenticity of the claim of the petitioner which on enquiry is not established that she is the legally wedded wife of late Dhanush Dhari Ram and the facts emerge that the wife and the son had pre-deceased the said employee, any claim of the petitioner can only be sanctioned by the authority only if there is an appropriate declaration of the civil court of competent jurisdiction.

Writ is dismissed.
