2. This application has been filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Tr. No. 2365/2023, arising out of Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 124 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, the motorcycle, mobile and Rs. 5,000/- cash was snatched from the victim. The name of the petitioner has come during investigation. The petitioner is accused of five more cases of similar nature. He is in custody since 08.05.2023.

4. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52691 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

6. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial of all the cases pending against the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest.
