2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 109/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. 15 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 22.06.2024.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55898 of 2024(2) dt.14-08-2024 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Exclusive Special Excise Court, Saran at Chapra/ concerned court in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 109/2024.

6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Janta Bazar police station on every Sunday of the month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
