JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-11-2015 The present petition has been filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against Opp.Parties on an allegation of wilful disobedience to an order dated 20.06.2011 passed in C.W. J.C. No.9289 of 2011.
In this case, show causes have been filed. It was submitted by Sri Ajay Bihari Sinha, learned counsel for L.N.Mithila University, in presence of learned AC to AAG-3, that the order of the writ court has already been complied with. However, unnecessarily earlier the case was got adjourned by the petitioner.
I have perused the ordersheet , which indicates that on 02.09.2015 there was non-appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Thereafter, repeatedly the case was got adjourned on the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
