The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the informant after standing his motorcycle bearing registration No. BBR 44 B6193 went to the ticket counter of Buxar Railway Station and when returned, his motorcycle was taken away by unknown person.

On behalf of the petitioner, it is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner has come on the basis of the confessional statement of the co-accused. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No.80 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sudhir Singh, J) V.P.Sinha/- U
