JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conferencing. Petitioner seeks bail in Gopalpur P.S.Case No. 184 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406,420,379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the fact that on the discloser made by the petitioner, the looted tractor was recovered from the house of coaccused Dhurendra Kumar as well as the fact that petitioner has got criminal antecedent and he is accused in six more cases, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail stands rejected.
