2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 154 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against petitioner no. 1 is that he instigated to kill the informant and allegation against petitioner no. 2 is that he assaulted the informant on his head by dagger.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that informant never received any

There is no allegation of overt act against the petitioner No. 1 and the allegation against the petitioner No. 2 is not corroborated by injury report. The petitioner no. 1 has no criminal antecedent and petitioner no. 2 has one criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 154 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) shweta/- U T
