For the present, without initiating any action for contempt, respondents are directed to comply with the order passed in the writ petition after disposal of the LPA No.689 of 2016 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, failing which liberty shall be available to the applicant to file an application and seek restoration of this application.
