2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 166 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 376A, B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing rape with a child.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 26.04.2024 and in the trial, charges have been framed and witnesses have been summoned.

5. Considering the serious allegations of rape against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
