Petitioner is in custody since 07.09.2016 in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 487 of 2016 registered under Sections 419, 420, 408, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Allegation against the petitioner is that after taking the consideration amount of Rs. 5,32,500/- for sale of a piece of land, he has not executed the sale deed with respect to alleged land in favour of the informant. In fact, only Rs. 1,25000/- as consideration amount has been received by the petitioner, which is evident from annexure-2. The petitioner is rotting in custody for the last five months.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49710 of 2016 (3) dt.17-03-2017 Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 487 of 2016/ G.R. No. 1660 of 2016.
