The petitioner seeks bail in Mahila P.S. case No.06 of 2018 registered under Section 498A, 323, 366, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The informant, wife of the petitioner, made allegation that petitioner subjected her to all sorts of torture. Her husband used to live in the house of his maternal grand father. The informant further alleged that petitioner assaulted her and drover her out from the house.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband and he is ready to keep his wife. The wife has suspicion that petitioner is living with another girl and that is why she does not want to live with the petitioner. The petitioner is

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner being the husband is in jail for last three months, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Mahila P.S. case No.06 of 2018.
